The EatMyRide app helps me to optimize my nutrition intake during the day. I fill in my planned training into the app in the morning, to optimize my calorie intake during the day and to be fueled for the start of my training. During the training the app reminds me when to eat and to drink, which is very useful, because it’s easy to forget during the training. This is especially useful for the longer rides, to be sure I have enough energy until the last kilometers. And it helps me not to deplete my energy level too much, so I feel strong for the training the day after.
And afterwards the app helps me to determine how much to eat to recover well.
This all helps me to prepare in the best possible way for my main goal this year: the Marmotte Alpes.
