EatMyRide allows you to use workouts from TrainingPeaks to create personalized nutrition plans. This can be done by connecting TrainingPeaks in the EatMyRide app. Alternatively you can upload workouts in a .FIT file format. In this article we describe the requirements for workouts to be used in EatMyRide.
EatMyRide supports bike, run and swim workouts. Additionally, they have to meet the following requirements.
Bike workouts
- The workout should have a total duration;
- It should have a workout structure, based on either:
- % of FTP;
- % of threshold heart rate;
- % of maximum heart rate.
Run workouts
- The workout should have a total duration or total distance. Which one is required depends on the type of workout structure that is used. EatMyRide should be able to derive the duration that you run at each intensity.
- It should have a workout structure, based on either:
- % of threshold pace;
- % of maximum heart rate or % of threshold heart rate. To know with which pace each intensity corresponds, you need to have filled in your threshold pace in EatMyRide via Profile > Personal > Running > Threshold pace.
- % of FTP. This only works if EatMyRide knows which power meter you are using. You can fill this in via Profile > Personal > Running > Running power meter.
Swim workouts
- The workout should have a total duration.
- It should have a workout structure, which should be based on % of your threshold pace.
