With EatMyRide Premium you get access to all the functionality of EatMyRide. You can use the app to plan, track and evaluate your intake. Here is an overview of all the Premium functionality.

Free functionality

  • Plan your nutrition for rides, runs and triathlons.
  • Use your Komoot, RideWithGPS or Strava route for your nutrition plan.
  • See the plan and get notifications when to eat and drink on your Garmin device.

 

Premium functionality

  • Get nutrition plans tailored to your fitness.
    • You can personalize your profile by filling in your FTP and VO2Max. Your metabolic profile will be estimated based on your fitness.
  • Tailor the plan to your training and intensity.
    • Fill in the type of training and specify the power or heart rate to get the most accurate plans.
  • Use workouts for your nutrition plans
    • Connect your TrainingPeaks account or upload your workout manually to get a plan for each workout.
  • Get realtime insights on your Garmin.
    • Get the Carbohydrate Burn / Intake Balancer to view your carb burn during your ride and to log your nutrition intake.
  • Evaluate your intake after your activity.
    • Connect Garmin, Strava or Wahoo to automatically sync your activities to EatMyRide. EatMyRide will give you insight into your burn and intake.
  • Plan your meals.
    • EatMyRide gives advice how much to take before and after your ride, run or triathlon.
